When signing up, please select the organization you are affiliated with. If you are not with an organization, choose “Other” and you will be permitted to select from the full list. Additional instructions are provided below.
Snack Drop-Off Information
Drop-off time:
Snacks may be dropped off between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. If snacks are delivered outside of this window, a volunteer may not be available to receive them.
Where to park and drop off:
Please park on the Gamble Street side of the building (near the wooden fence).
Use the side entrance of the building.
Walk up the stairs and across the breezeway.
You will see a bin with a yellow lid labeled “LEARN Works Snacks” near a single red door.
Place all snack donations directly in the bin.
It is not necessary to hand snacks to a staff member. Donations are collected from the bin within the hour.
What to Donate
Snack donations support students at both our Davidson and Huntersville locations.
On the sign-up form, you will see two snack items listed for each date. We are requesting 110 items per selected snack. We understand that this may not be feasible for everyone, so at a minimum, we ask that you aim to provide at least 110 of the same snack item when possible. Additional donations are always welcome and greatly appreciated. Please make note of what day you selected and what snack items were requested.
